A: Our remotes are designed to work with all models of the listed brands, including all types and year of manufacture.

Q: Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

A: Yes, we welcome customers to pick up from our warehouse. Please ensure that you have placed an order and paid for it before visiting our warehouse.

Items may be picked up in Greerton, Tauranga from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Weekdays.

If you order by 11AM on weekdays, you will be able to collect the item on the same day, otherwise collect from next business day.


 

Q: Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

Q: Do you provide a warranty?

A: We provide a 12 month warranty period, so if there are any faults with your product then please get in touch with us and we will look after you.


 

Q: If I have lost my TV or Heat Pump remote will I still be able to program your remote?

A: You definitely can still use this product if you have lost your remote, in fact most of our customers buy our remotes to replace their damaged or lost original remotes. The setup process does not require your original remote and is easy and simple.
